# How to Share a Kanban

Open Kanban builder of the required kanban:

* Open "Actions" menu at the top of builder.
* Click on "Open Sharing Rules" item.

* New page "Sharing Detail" for current kanban will be opened.
* Click "Add" button.

* "New Sharing" page will be opened where user (administrator) can specify **new sharing** and **access level:**
