How to Share Dashboard

Open Kanban builder of the required kanban:

• Open "Actions" menu at the top of builder.

• Click on "Open Sharing Rules" item.

• New page "Sharing Detail" for current kanban will be opened.

• Click "Add" button.

• "New Sharing" page will be opened where user (administrator) can specify new sharing and access level:

Administrator can add different types of users, groups, roles, etc. at the same time to "Share With" list.

• Save new sharing rules then save current kanban.
