Grant Login Access to Support

To let our support team diagnose and resolve issues you may be experiencing with FlexiKanban within your If you're facing an issue or would like us to build examples directly in your org, you can grant login access to a FlexiKanban support representative. We're happy to help!

Follow these steps to grant access:

  1. At the top of any Salesforce page, click your image, and then click Settings.

  2. In the Quick Find box, enter Grant, and then select Grant Account Login Access

  3. To set the access expiration date for Flexi Kanban support, choose a value from the Access Duration picklist

  4. Save your work
