# How to configure the Form Sharing Rules

Open menu "Actions" and select option "**Open Sharing Rules**":

On the page click "**Add**" button to configure new sharing rules:

You can share the form to the **Individual** **User, Public Group, Roles, Roles and Subordinates**:

Select users you want to share, select the "**Access Level**" and save changes:
